Pricing: All listed prices are estimates based on the services outlined. Additional time, stops, or services requested during the trip may result in added charges at the standard rates and will be calculated at the end of the trip.
Deposits and Payments: Deposits and payments are non-refundable unless written approval is granted by G.E.T. management.
Overtime: Overtime charges will apply after a 15-minute grace period from the prearranged time, billed in 30-minute increments at the standard hourly rate. Overtime is subject to vehicle availability.
Tolls and Parking: Tolls and parking fees are not included in the base rate and will be added to the final bill. Tolls are charged at $1.50 each.
Illegal Activities: The possession or engagement in illegal activities or items is strictly prohibited. Clients are fully responsible for any fines, towing, or damages resulting from such activities, including attorney fees, loss of use fees, or other associated costs.
Driver Discretion: G.E.T. chauffeurs reserve the right to terminate service without refund if passengers violate terms, engage in illegal activities, or pose a safety risk.
Damages: The client assumes full financial liability for any damages caused to the vehicle or its contents by them or their party. A minimum cleaning fee of $100 applies for excessive messes, including burns, spills, or other damage.
No Smoking or Eating: Smoking and eating are prohibited inside all G.E.T. vehicles. A minimum fee of $100 will apply for violations.
Lost Items: G.E.T. is not liable for any lost, stolen, or misplaced items during the service.
Vehicle Specifications: While we strive to meet specific vehicle requests, we cannot guarantee the exact color, make, model, or year. G.E.T. reserves the right to upgrade vehicles (at no additional charge) or utilize trusted subcontractors if necessary.
Capacity Limits: Vehicles must not exceed their designated seating capacity for safety and legal reasons.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the reserved date may incur a $100 processing fee. Cancellations made 3-7 days prior will result in a 50% charge of the booking total. Cancellations made within 3 days of the reserved date are non-refundable, and full charges will apply.
Clean-Up Fees: Vomit or excessive cleaning: $300. Missing or broken glassware: $10 per item. Pet-related messes: $300 (if a pet has been pre-authorized).
Unforeseen Circumstances: G.E.T. is not liable for delays or cancellations caused by mechanical issues, unforeseen traffic conditions, accidents, or acts of nature. In such cases, we will make every effort to reschedule service at a mutually agreed time.
Severability: If any part of this agreement is deemed invalid by a court of law, the remaining terms shall remain in full effect.

No personal checks are accepted.
Alcohol consumption is strictly limited to passengers 21 years and older.
Smoking is not permitted inside any vehicle.
Clean-up fees for excessive messes, such as vomiting or spills, start at $300.
All tolls and parking fees are the responsibility of the client.
Pets are allowed with prior authorization. Owners are responsible for providing carriers and for any resulting cleaning or damages.
Pictures or videos taken during the trip may be used for G.E.T. promotional purposes unless a client explicitly opts out in advance.
Privacy Policy
Data Collection: Personal information such as name, email, phone number, and payment details are collected for booking and customer service purposes. Website usage data, including browsing habits, may be collected through cookies for service improvement.
Use of Information: Personal data is used solely for G.E.T.’s business operations, customer service, and promotional communications (with opt-out options provided). Aggregate data may be shared with partners to improve services but will not include personally identifiable information.
Data Security: We implement encryption and security protocols to safeguard personal data from unauthorized access.
Third-Party Disclosure: We do not sell or share personal data with third parties except when legally required or for operational needs (e.g., processing payments).
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Standard Cancellations: Cancellations more than 7 days before the reserved date: $100 processing fee may apply. Cancellations 3-7 days prior: 50% of booking total is charged. Cancellations within 3 days of reservation: Non-refundable; full charges apply.
Special Events: Cancellations for events such as weddings or large group bookings follow the same policy but may include additional terms based on the vehicle type and group size.
No-Shows: A no-show fee equal to the full booking amount plus applicable wait time fees will be charged if the client fails to arrive at the pickup location. To avoid no-show charges, contact G.E.T. promptly if there are changes to your itinerary.
